The staff did a phenomenal job reassuring me my dog was doing well in a stressful situation. My dog has separation anxiety from me so I was very worried about an office visit when humans were not permitted to accompany pets. She needed her vaccinations so she had to go in. Keeping in touch by phone eased my concerns
