  4. I have recently begun taking my puppy Claire to Countryside for daycare and also for vet check ups. I am so happy for my dog to be able to run and play with other dogs outside and I never once worry that she has anything less than excellent care while there. I cannot say the word daycare to my pup or she will race to the car because she wants to go to daycare and have fun. I'll also say that despite the office being very busy I've experienced and observed that each customer is greeted and helped courteously each time they come through the door despite the high volume of customers. There's a reason they are so popular!

The staff are cheerful, welcoming and efficient, as was the vet tech who met and cared for our cat, Teddy, before he saw the doctor. Dr. Heath Thumel, DVM, checked Teddy out, gave him a clean bill of health and spent time consulting with us regarding his weight, diet, etc. Both Dr. Thumel and the staff are kind and knowledgeable.   9. I could not be happier with the care my puppy has received at Countryside. With COVID-19 I have not been able to go inside for her appointment. She is only 13 weeks old and I was very nervous about her being alone.   25. I recently took my pup in for surgery and their new Covid guidelines are explicit and easy to follow. With my dog's anxiety, it is actually easier to bring him in this way than the regular way during normal times. The in/out traffic appears to be easily managed by the staff. Staff are always friendly and the doctors are good about explaining what is going on with my dog.

  27. There is no other practice I would ever take my two dogs to. A few months ago my little Capri was attacked by a pit bull who grabbed her by the throat and tried to kill her. We spent the next several weeks back and forth at Countryside while they worked on her to get her better. They did a lot of the work for free, even when I tried to pay. Thankfully my little girl is all better now thanks to all the wonderful doctors and staff at Countryside. They treated her like she was part of their family. I am very thankful for all they did, especially Dr. Julie Thumel and Dr. Soverns. You all are the best! THANK YOU!

The first place I called scheduled me for 4 days later, but CVC said they would try to squeeze her in that day - knowing that a couple days can make a big difference for a little hamster. My pandemic rescue dog has unfortunately had quite a few challenging medical issues which has lead to multiple visits. Dr. Julie Thumel typically treats our dog and she does an amazing job. However, we also had to see other doctors at the practice for urgent issues and they all have been equally amazing. Each doctor takes the time to actually listen to what you have to say about your pet's symptoms to better understand what's going on. They never make you feel like your questions are a burden. I hope I never have to move out of the area because I don't ever want to go to a different practice.

From my first call and speaking with Tiffany, to the appointment today with Dr. Soverns, I could not be happier. Tiffany took the time during my first call to get all of the details, she then passed them onto Dr. Soverns. Dr. Soverns called me that evening to discuss a plan of action. I am happy to say that Rosie had her appointment today, and though she was not happy, she did not bite or scratch anyone. Dr. Soverns was able to do her exam, administer vaccines and shave the mats off her back.

  56. We got our 'pandemic pup' last April and Countryside was recommended to us by several friends and neighbors. It has been a year and believe it or not we have not been inside the clinic as yet due to the social distancing precautions. We are very grateful for such care for not only our dog but for us humans as well. The process is very thorough as you check in through text, you hand over your pet to a loving technician who promptly calls you. Your pet is then examined and the Vet calls you to discuss the issues further. You then get a check out call to come pick up your baby and any items you've purchased. Even with this process in place, I feel as though it is very personal and the staff is so attentive. They have guided us through his preventative care, grooming and neutering procedure. I never feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Whenever I have called to ask general questions, advice or medical inquiries we are received with detailed answers and solutions. We are so glad we chose Countryside for our dog. Thanks to the awesome team and staff!
